Of note:
- Corn and Soybeans: Conditions took a slight hit in key states like Iowa and Illinois, though corn nationally remain unchanged and soybeans were only down 1 point nationally.
- Soybeans Blooming & Pod Setting: Progress continues to lag, tracking near the 5-year minimum pace.
- Spring Wheat Conditions: dropped another 5 points in South Dakota and 1 point nationally. Montana remains significantly behind, sitting 41 points below its 5-year average for this time of year.
- Winter Wheat Harvest: Still behind schedule in Montana, while most other regions are either wrapping up or have already completed harvest.
