Once again, there is no USDA Crop Progress report, but here are our weekly harvest progress estimates as of 10/19/25!
Through the heart of soybean harvest, many areas of the Midwest are now finished. Corn harvest is progressing steadily, with over half of the crop out of the field.
- Corn: We estimate 59% harvested, up 14 points from last week’s 45% estimate. 14 analyst estimates ranged from 51%-68%, and an average of 59% complete. Our 59% estimate puts progress 3% behind the 62% 5-year average pace.
- Soybeans: We estimate 75% harvested, up 13 points from last week’s 62% estimate. 14 analyst estimates ranged from 61%-80%, and an average of 76% complete. Our 75% puts progress 2% behind the 5-year average for this point in the harvest season.
